Hair Candy is a hair care brand born from a genuine love and deep understanding of hair. Founded by sibling duo Tuscany and Blue Hamel, Hair Candy was inspired by a lifelong connection to the hair industry, having grown up surrounded by the passion, creativity, and knowledge of their parents, both well known hairstylists dedicated to natural hair care and conscious living..
Tuscany brings her expertise as a hairstylist, Blue leads the creative direction of the brand, and their father Mike is the innovator behind the hair science and formulation that brings every product to life. Together with Mike and Glynis Hamel, who each have over 40 years of experience in the hair industry and in developing natural hair products, Hair Candy is built on generations of knowledge, passion, and innovation.
At our core, we are hair people creating hair products with purpose, driven by a genuine desire to add value to the hair industry, to people, and to the environment.
Our range is proudly made in New Zealand using all-natural ingredients, including 100% natural New Zealand sheep wool keratin protein, which is a remarkable 99% match to human keratin. Every detail of our brand has been carefully considered, from our ingredient choices to our eco-conscious packaging. We developed our waterless shampoo formula from scratch to allow the use of glass packaging over plastic, because caring for the environment is just as important to us as caring for your hair.

New Zealand entrepreneur, beauty, fashion and Sports enthusiast Tuscany Hamel was inspired to create a range of products that provide benefits to peoples overall health of there hair, mind and body.Where it all started, was after Tuscany having a very successful early start of her career as a professional tennis player playing on the junior world circuit. Gen Z Serial Entrepreneur and Creative from NZ living abroad most of his life in New York and LA. Previously working for Adidas and now working within the Music, fashion and design industries. Also leading and creating multiple NFT/ 3D based content and projects.
